We only use established couriers such as Citylink, Business Post and ParcelForce to deliver your
goods. We have excellent relationships with all our couriers as we ship more than
£75
million of goods each year. All deliveries are fully insured against loss and damage for all UK
and Irish destinations so that if your goods are lost in transit or arrive damaged we will simply
despatch replacement goods at no cost to yourself. Most orders can be tracked online. All
deliveries require a signature at the delivery address but this does not have to be the card holder.
Sometimes your order will be despatched in more than one delivery as we use more than one warehouse
so if you only receive part of your order, there is no need to ring us – instead, please use our
online order tracking to find out when the rest of the shipment is due.
We offer a service which many of our competitors cannot provide – we can deliver to an address that
is different from your billing address. The must be to a work premises and not to a residential address.
We do reserve the right to only deliver to your billing address if we decide the fraud risk is too high.
In these circumstances, we will contact you to confirm we will send your order to your registered card
address but if you still want us to deliver to an alternative address, you can pay by cleared funds
(bank transfer via cash or internet / telephone banking) or you can contact your bank or credit
card company and ask them to register an additional shipping address. Please note this will take 72
hours to register and will therefore delay your order.
Our cutoff for next working day delivery is 5pm for Online Orders, and 6pm for Telephone orders.
Next day delivery is available subject to stock availability, cleared funds and customer address verification.
We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays and "working day" excludes weekends.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Maestro,
Solo and American Express. Please note we only accept payment by Credit Card if the card is
registered in the UK or Ireland and we are delivering to the same UK or Irish address.
No payment is taken from your card until the day before we despatch your goods and you can
cancel your order at any time up to the day of despatch. Please note there is a small surcharge
of 0.95% for credit cards and 2.5% for American Express cards but there is no surcharge for Switch,
Visa Delta, or Debit cards.

If you live in a VAT exempt country or have a European VAT number we can provide you
with the product free of VAT, saving you 17.5% Please note this is only applicable if
we export the product outside of the UK. If you are a non EC resident and are planning to
leave the EC within 3 months, we can provide the goods to you with a VAT
form which will allow you to get the VAT back when leaving the country.
Please note, VAT can only be claimed back if the sale is made in person at
our warehouse showroom, as we are required to witness your signature and
sign the form ourselves. There is an administration charge of £25.00 for

You have the right to cancel at any time preceding despatch of your goods. If you are a UK consumer
(not a business or Sole Trader), the Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to return
the goods within 7 days after delivery. If you decide to return, you are responsible for the costs
of carriage and of insuring the goods in transit. Upon receipt of the goods in pristine re-saleable
condition, you will be refunded in full within 7 days.

The manufacturers themselves provide this as they have dedicated help desks staffed with specialists
in their product area.
